The Curated Life work with projects and budgets of all sizes and our strength lies in over twenty years of building and project management experience. Our skill is producing exceptionally customised results on comparatively small budgets.

We help clients consider a project scope that would best serve their requirements and advise realistic budgets for achieving this in a quality format.

Generally our studio functions as part of a larger design team. Often being an enhancement to an existing project, bringing to the table some of the ‘out of the box’ ideas for which we are known.

We have extensive experience in working with architectural practices and builders worldwide, as well as associated specialist consultants. We work collaboratively on apportioning a budget in the most effective manner to serve the client long term.

The design service is tailored to comprehensively accommodate individual client requirements. Our involvement can begin at any one of the following stages.

• Property sourcing
• Project Consultation in an ongoing format to assess client requirements and aesthetic preferences and make design proposals accordingly.
• One-day workshops for clients managing their own project who require guidance and pro-tips regarding design, planning and budget.
• Recommending consultants such as architects, engineers, planners, landscapers etc.
• Working with the chosen consultants to finalise design layouts, finishes, obtain permits and pricing budgets
• Management of trades, consultants and vendors to ensure deadlines are met and budgets respected.
• Acting as client proxy on the project up to completion. This essentially removes all the ongoing hassle of building from a client to us.
• Sourcing and installation of furniture, fixtures, architectural elements and equipment to provide a turnkey experience
